Personal Invoice Manager PIM2002^TM is a Windows® 95/98/ME/NT4.0/2000/XP application developed to help track and manage inventory items and create an invoice printout and shipping label. The program enables you to store and easily find what items you have sold (or purchased) and tracks the status of the transaction. The software calculates the total amount including shipping/handling, tax, and insurance. It also has searchable fields for notes, e-mail address, category and pictures to help analyze selling strategies. List reports will  show the transaction status for checkboxes: "Pending, Waiting for payment, Shipped and Paid".

Features

Create Invoice: You can create a custom professional looking invoice where you include your name or business name, address and contact information.

Data Entry: You can use the "Copy-Add-Paste" buttons to copy the data to your new record. Each record is assigned a unique searchable record number and a sequential record count number is also displayed.

Sell Items: Keep track of the items you want to sell by simply checking the "Paid" checkbox in the main menu. You can easily view or print a complete list of all paid items. Items that have checked "WFP" (waiting for payment) will display as a red background.

Organize Items: A group of checkboxes allow to you to quickly organize, manage and track your transactions by common  terms: "Pending, Waiting for payment, Shipped and Paid".

Expanded Displays: You can expand the note box to include large text or notes. You can copy and paste text into any of the fields by right-clicking your mouse.

Multiple Search Fields: There are up to 3 separate search fields to locate individual records or list reports. You can search in the Subject, e-mail, Sold-to and the invoice text so you have many options to locate a record.

List Search: List search any combination of words to quickly see your results or leave the fields blank to see a complete list of checkbox records:

The list search is sorted in sequential invoice number order. You can print your list search results or save it as a text file.

A Total Value and asking Price Calculation is displayed for each list search!!

Inventory Analysis: For each List Search ('ALL' or filtered searches) the program will display the Total Value and asking price amounts! You can also do a filtered list search by year. Total amount sold will display along with a separate total for the tax field.

Pictures: You can include a picture of the item linked to the record by simply storing your pictures in any directory and loading them automatically by selecting the filename. No additional viewer is needed to view your pictures! The picture will automatically fit to size or you can select the actual picture size.

Grid Display: You can view, edit and sort the data via a grid. Click the top of the header in the grid for the data to be sorted. You can sort by the subject or category to see how many items have sold within that category.

Load Pictures: You can easily load a picture from the picture tab.

Note Field: There is an expanded note field tab that you can add notes to each record. This field can hold up to 64 pages of text and has copy and paste features.

Backup Data: All your data is stored in one database and there is a database backup feature that will backup your data.
